Did the Brandon Reddish corner blitz save the season?

That, and the pressure in the grounding play. Not that I got to see it live, thanks ESPN. Tino's one mistake and it was huge. I can't believe how good he looks against us, yet so bad against everyone else.

The drunk monkey approach was the right one on that play.

Lets all be thankful he didnt trip before getting to Tino, ecuase if Tino was a step or two further away, Reddish would have fallen flat on his face.

It looked like his stumble kept him low and Tino didn't seeing him coming!

Karma on the grounding. Sunseri had grounded the ball twice before and got away with it.

Wrong. People booed when no flag was thrown but his only grounding was that last drive, which thankfully was called.

I agree. Getting nitpicky, he did "intentionally ground" the ball a few times, but only once illegally.

Felt like it, for sure.

I was quite exuberant on that play as the lone Orange faithful in the bar. It seemed to take forever and I kept waiting for him to step up but Sunseri never saw it coming. Then "Bam! Eat a Dick Tino"! Made everyone look.

3rd and 34 is a great down and distance to defend, but who really felt safe with that given 3rd and long D last few years :noidea:

Happy for the win for the whole team, they needed it as a team, heck we needed it as fans. Hopefully this gets the team some positive momentum. And yes it seemed like those sequences of plays with Reddish and the intentional grounding were the game.

There was one other that should have been flagged. Having an eligible receiver within 3 yards of you doesn't mean you can throw it directly into the ground to avoid a sack and then point at a guy 3 yards away. Has to be some kind of effort of the ball going in that receiver's direction.
