Here is how you address it. You stand up and say, look. My team worked their tails off all week and all game. Flew all the way down here and did what they had to do to win this game and it was taken from them. Shrader looked to have crossed the goal line but that was 50/50. Our WR looked to have caught that ball in first half. Maybe he didn’t but how do you not even review it? And then to blow the holding call right in front of your face?!!!! Can’t happen.

You get fined by the ACC but at least your team knows you are fighting for them. And maybe, just maybe, you get a call your way down the road.

I can't stand Brian Kelly but go watch his press conferences and go watch Dino's, not only can he answer questions about players but he often goes into detail about actual play designs and what they are trying to do. Babers press conferences are quite frustrating to watch especially when the questions asked are usually vanilla or pathetic.

Dabo or Brian Kelly literally would have been at midfield with a purple face cussing the ref out, BK literally did this when they played @FSU week 1. If he won't do it on the field when the game is over due to their mistakes at least say something in the presser, I can't imagine his fine is more than 5 or 10k which is chump change to him.

The ironic thing is that if he had gone bonkers and got a flag at that point it would have helped. The 15 yarder would have brought it closer with a harder angle (pending the centering play). Thats 3D chess, not the tiddlywinks Dino likes to brag about.

Of course he would. But it would be asinine to fire Dino only to hire one of his understudies - who guess what - is 2-3 at Kent State and has not even made a MAC championship game.

They were 3-1 last year and he took them to, and won, what I believe is their first bowl, the year before. They're a perennial basement dweller in the MAC and he's got them winning. Their losses this year are at Maryland, at Iowa and at Texas A and M. It's not like he's getting waxed by Bowling Green.

But he’s not winning or even close in those games. Look at the track record of MAC coaches hired to P5 jobs. He doesn’t fit that. Maybe he will in the future but not now.

That’s not even the biggest point of my post. The bigger point is you CANNOT fire someone then hire his protege. It makes no sense. Especially considering the person you are considering only had one good year here (thanks Eric Dungey). Expand your horizons a little bit more brother.
