I might disagree at times with Dino's play-calling, his untimely clock stoppages and his previous position on Spring Games (thank you ACC/ESPN for the changes), but I 100% stand with him on vanilla ice cream is the ONLY ice cream to top apple pie. Oh, and Lemon Meringue is the best pie, bar none.

I might disagree at times with Dino's play-calling, his untimely clock stoppages and his previous position on Spring Games (thank you ACC/ESPN for the changes), but I 100% stand with him on vanilla ice cream is the ONLY ice cream to top apple pie. Oh, and Lemon Meringue is the best pie, bar none.

The nerdy female here is Andrea Adelson. She is a Florida grad, so of course she is confused about pies (coconut cream).

David Hale is the D part of AD. He is a Newhouse guy and his pie sensibilities reflect that.

Stuff like this is why I don’t understand the secrecy that surrounds the program. Dino is a likable, charismatic guy that can bring positive attention onto the program. Especially in this day and age when you have certain programs posting almost daily social media content you’re just hurting yourself locking the program down. The other thing about assistants not being allowed to talk to the media is bizarre as well . Just look at the personality like Monroe that he kept wrapped up for years. I think Rocky Long can handle an interview. I know they have some short clips on social during team workouts but I think it could go a long way drawing interest onto the program from recruits and fans by giving more access. I just hate how after the season ends you may here from Dino on a couple occasions until fall practice the following year.

Not to mention Deion is changing the game on how to relate to this generations teenagers. They have almost daily content posted by his son basically documenting the entire journey. That’s what people and most importantly players want to see. I think he is going to be highly successful at CU and until this year CU probably fell into the same category as Syracuse when talking about their time has passed them by and bad recruiting logistics.

A friend of mine's dad used to say, "apple pie without the cheese is like a hug without the squeeze." Sorry, but not only does that sound creepy af, but I'll just stick with vanilla ice cream or maybe some Cool Whip on my apple pie.

Deion has done nothing. He got better players than the whole SWAC and won with them. Good job but completely different level. Let’s see him win 10 games at high major level before anointing him.

Not saying I agree with it, this board was alotta fun in the shafer days because there was constantly something to talk about because they were more open with information.
