You, once again, don't know what you are talking about. Why bring that up we will be okay. As many people on this board have said aside from Fab, everybody else on the team are good students
So stop trying to stir up trouble
Off the top of my head; Wes Johnson was the last player to leave early, I think since him everyone has been in good standing except (assuming) Fab and Dion; not sure what Mookie's situation is.You, once again, don't know what you are talking about.
It doesn't matter if he's a good student. He's most likely now going to spend all his time in the gym, probably somewhere else besides Syracuse, to refine his game. He will fail all his classes, and leave in bad standing, costing us 2 points in the APR. This, combined with Fab leaving, has the potential to put us below the minimum score and giving us a tourney ban like UConn.
I don't fault Dion, I fault the APR.This quote bothers me.
"I want to thank my coaches and my teammates. I've had an amazing experience at Syracuse University."
Guess he's not planning to stick around to finish out the semester.....another body blow to the APR. Someone ought to call Mitch Barnhart and find out how their guys manage to finish their semester.
Wes actually did what players should do and finished his grades. Not sure how you ignore Eric and Paul from that season, though. They will continue to kill us for a few more years.Off the top of my head; Wes Johnson was the last player to leave early, I think since him everyone has been in good standing except (assuming) Fab and Dion; not sure what Mookie's situation is.
Although the way Boehiem attacked the APR after the UNCA game it didn't give me the most confidence in the world
Devendorf and Harris enver played with Wes.Wes actually did what players should do and finished his grades. Not sure how you ignore Eric and Paul from that season, though. They will continue to kill us for a few more years.

Can't believe I didn't realize this. Yeah you're right.Wasn't Wes like a Redshirt junior though? Did he end up graduating even though he technically left early since he was in school for 4 years?
Yes, Wes finished his work for his degree.Wasn't Wes like a Redshirt junior though? Did he end up graduating even though he technically left early since he was in school for 4 years?
Ok well the difference was Wes was 4 classes (or whatever it was) away from a degree and Dion still had 2 more years...Yes, Wes finished his work for his degree.
Wasn't Wes in school for 4 years though?Wes was taking classes last summer and in the fall during the lockout, to finish up his classwork. I'm not sure if he has his degree yet.
Never said they should continue to go to class. I just said he's going to hurt our APR.Ok well the difference was Wes was 4 classes (or whatever it was) away from a degree and Dion still had 2 more years...

did you participate in any "next year" posts? If so, isn't that hypocritical?Would you rather him wait giving you increasing hope that he might return only to have him declare anyway?

Yeah because i am shaking in my boots, as another poster alluded to Kentucky keeps posting those passing APR scores like i believe that
As for Dion best of luck dude no hard feelings
