discussion...what would our record be w/ Kentucky's schedule???

To be honest, I've only seen Rutgers vs. SU and part of another game. They've won a few good conference games. However, that conference will beat each other up all year long. The league looks solid.
Kentucky, I've watched and cheered against 3-4 games. UK lost to Kansas, Louisville and ND by a total of 7 points. I wouldn't want to play them or their schedule.

The only team in that list that you can argue is markedly better than us is Kansas. We would be favored in the other two games.

We can throw out hypotheticals all day long. I guess that's why they play the games. I'm sure UK was favoured in all the games they lost.

What is undeniable is : UK plays a tougher early season schedule than us year after year. I was honestly just putting forth this thread to get everyone's take on what we would look like after playing UK's schedule?? Good Lord, I'm not a UK fan.

I didn’t say you were, but seems like we have been down this road before. They played some brand name schools. We are still in better shape than they are.

I’m not super impressed with Kansas or UNC... but I do question how we would have matched up size wise against them without Sidibe

Kansas is coming around. Nice win at Texas Tech and stomped a really good WVU team.

UNC is meh.

UK was an underdog vs. Kansas (+4.5), UNC (+2.5), and Louisville (+3.5). So they lost as favorites to Richmond, ND, and Georgia Tech.

I know it's fun to piss on Kentucky now...lol But what does everyone think our record would be with their schedule to this point in the season??/ They are 1-6. (smirking--haha)
Moorehead @ Rupp
Richmond @ Rupp
Kansas neutral court
G-tech in Atlanta
ND @ Rupp
North Carolina neutral court
@Louisville

I'd guess 3-4.. with our long early covid layoff...yikes maybe even 2-5.
What would our record be if we had played Kentucky's schedule and Boeheim had Kentucky's talent to work with?
Undefeated & #1 in the country.

We wouldn’t have lost 6 ...ng games.Not 6!

Rutgers down Harper and big Cliff and still beat Purdue...hmmm
Yes, HMMMMMMM... back at u.
That's Rutgirls (now 7-5) lost last 4 in a row and 5 of their last 6. I guess they could use some more games against Hofstra, Sacred Heart, FDU and those juggernauts Purdue and Maryland.
