We shouldn't leave anything on the table here, but UF, FSU, Oklahoma, USC, etc are going to do the same. This would be a feather no doubt if they can pull it off.

He did physically visit so it's not like there wasn't effort put in here already. The staff is clearly trying.

That and we have a 'fast track' with our indoor turf. I know FSU play on grass and I believe ARK does to (?), not sure about Tennessee, but playing in a 70 degree controlled environment 50% of the time and not worrying about rain, cold (Tenn late season sometimes) can be very important for a speed rush end and their numbers.

We say things like this every year for all types of players. WR’s, QB’s, defense. If these things really mattered at the end of the day for players we’d have much better recruiting rankings and more wins than we’ve had over the last 20 years. Or even over the last 6 since we’ve spent so much more $ on the program. Clearly we hope these things matter and try to sell ourselves they do.

Im not criticizing the staff here, just saying we have the below and could help us if not used already.

Superbowl champions (Chandler and Arthur)
DPOT (Chandler)
A transfer DE who got drafted after moving to SU and has found a home in Seattle (Alton)

That may actually give us the extra leg needed, who knows

Our biggest advantage is our geographical location, if he wants to stay close to home that is. I’m leaning towards thinking we’re not going to get him because he seems very undecided. It’s going to be a very happy day if we get him.

His parents live in Phoenix now.
