Our guard tried the internal bleeding thing, and look where it got us.I agree we suck. Honestly the best answer is conserve energy on D, try to have the offensive game of a lifetime. Just exactly like Rocky does in every fight, just take the other guy’s best shots and then hope you can cause internal bleeding with your hooks to the body.
Our 2-3 is pretty much a 3-2I’ve said it before, but I’d be in favor of a 3-2 zone to cover the 3’s better, prevent guard penetration better, and not give up dunks, and let them take 12-15 footers in the middle all day. If they can make that shot all day and are patient enough to keep getting that shot, good for them. It’s better than 3 points or an easier dunk/layup though.
