Let's assume he doesn't hit 1000 wins this season...and he's stuck on 997. Do we risk another dumpster fire season so he can hit 1000?

It would make the school look really bad I think.

That is why I am hoping he gets to 1,000. It will give us one final nice moment to celebrate all he has done for the school and for us as fans, even if things are not great at the end.

If we allow JB another season to get to 1,000 wins it'll be the nail in the coffin. Our recruitment will disappear and we'll be looking at a decade of crap barring an absolute miracle.
