We've had problems not splitting with bad teams. We might drop a game to BC. There's no easy wins this year. I do think we'll pull above .500 next couple weeks.

So interesting nugget. If we were to beat Duke at home then UNC and Miami and if Joey Brackets bats 1.000 with the ACC, we would have 6 wins over tournament teams with Indiana, FSU,Wake and the 3 above.

I am not naive or crazy enough to believe it will happen. But it would certainly be something for sure to find 7 more wins and be sitting there with a top 40 SOS heading into the ACCT.

Again likelihood borders a hair above zero but it would just be par for the course with this program.

6-0 possible because the ACC this year has probably the most underwhelming collection of teams of any league SU has played in since I started watching 'Cuse hoops in 1983.

I thought the same until I saw Pitt beat us. We are just like most other ACC teams in the bottom half of ACC. Can win any day and can lose any day.

Like they say the truth always lies someplace in the middle. The way the season has played out can I see them winning the next six games in a row? NO not a chance. If Buddy plays like he did against Wake every game would it change my mind? Yes.

Buddy is capable of blowing up and carrying the team. That is our best hope. When he produces it is more likely that Cole and Joe will be good. One other ray of hope is the continuing improvement of Jesse and the bench. We need to cure our polar personality disorder.

I am in a better mood than after the 2nd Pitt game or maybe it is the wine I am enjoying, but I put a lot of the loss on the "perfect storm" of Joe having an absolute terrible night at the same time Symir was out due to an injury. With either "good" Joe or Symir, no way we lose that game. We are going on a run BUT one game at a time!! LETS GO ORANGE!
