Doesn't anybody want the UT job?

Texans, not Texas
Hmmm, no.
It's a long running joke after he did take his name out of one search.
That's Tom O'Brien (FHCTOB, or just TOB).

Bill O'Brien (BOB) is the new Texans coach.

L'ville losing their head coach before entering the ACC? Now lose most of your coaches before you even think about whining.

Serious question, does anyone call "The Vest"? In Miami's case, he's used to trouble and NCAA investigators so he should be at home. In Louisville's case, they suffer next season under the double whammy of losing the HC and the star QB (and possibly some other coaches, yet to be determined).

Hard to believe anyone calls him until after the show-cause expires (end of 2016 season). Especially Miami, with the trouble they've been in lately.

Forgot about that.

Ironically, he deserved his punishment but PSU gets a slap on the wrist and a scolding for covering up pedophilia. Some morons at teh top eed to re-evaluate their priorities.

As much as I hate Penn State and what they did, and believed they deserved a two year death penalty. They did not just escape with a slap on their wrist. They got borderline death penalty and probably lost half a billion dollars. It doesn't look that bad because O'Brien was that good of a coach and kept them relevant.

My comment was hyperbole and PSU did NOT lose half a billion dollars. They lost some fan presence, probably some sales of merchandise, but the whole PSU AD raked in $104,751,468 for academic year 2012/13. They ranked #12. I would be willing to consider a drop from the top 10, but they didn't fall far.

In exchange, they destroyed the lives of many kids and their families. Put a price on that. PSU's losses are a slap on the wrist in comparison. I know they had settlement costs, too, but so what? Even if it did cost them a half billion dollars, it still pales when one considers the destruction of young lives.

I think we can all agree that the ultimate death penalty for PSU would be the NCAA mandating Schiano coach them.
