Dont look now

But our ooc schedule is turning out to be darn good. If oregon and sbu win their tourney we will have played seven games against tourney teams.

My estimate is about 13 games.

NC State played at Wisconsin, Auburn at home, Penn State and Vanderbilt on neutral floors.
If the computers spit that out as the worst nonconference schedule then they played really bad tomato cans which inflate their schedule strength as weak.
Sometimes analyzing the numbers in depth needs to be done.
They played garbage tomato cans instead of Colgate/Cornell types.

I wouldn’t punish them for that.
They played 4 P5 teams in the nonconference that isn’t scheduling 11 tomato cans.

NC State belongs in the field.

NC St really screwed up their schedule, because they had 2 tough P5 games (and 2 others) which should be enough to not have it so bad.

But there remaining schedule was probably the worst I have seem... that being said I don;'t think teams should be selected because they play 7 teams from 150-200 (and only 2 in the 300s) vs 9 bad really teams.

7-22 (336)
5-25 (352)
2-26 (350)
4-27 (335)
10-22 (317)
9-20 (216)
6-25 (295)
3-26 (344)
11-21 (281)

Wow. 5 of the worst 20 teams in the country (and 3 of the worse 10). There has to be some bad luck there too.

I’d never put someone in with that BS. Don’t care which good teams they played.
