Doug Marrone: 'I'm struggling' to deal with anxiety of 4-8 record

I think our OC will be fine-He came a long way from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.

I'd like to say I'm reserving judgment, but my post makes it clear that that's not true.

Suppose it's best to give him more time.

Can almost guarantee he will. Know he was planning on spending a couple months up in the Cuse in the off season training - don't think he's had a change in plans.

That would be awesome!

I hate to say it but Fitz has looked better in a back up role than anything Buffalo has put out there, at least for this year
Based on what?? Manuel has a better passer rating than Fitz and the Titans are 1-4 with Fitz starting for them, 4-3 when someone else starts for them.

locker is better than fitz and manuel. everyone in the draft is better than locker. draft someone. considering who thad lewis played, he might be better than fitz and manuel.

manuel is better than jeff tuel. this much we know

what is the harm of it. god forbid they miss out on another DB or CFL defensive end.

The harm of it is diminished reps for Manuel, which is critical if you are truly attempting to develop a young QB. Not to mention the creation of a needless QB controversy. Unless you're talking about taking one in the 3rd round or later as a backup to mold behind Manuel. That I'd be fine with. Otherwise what's the point? Other than maybe Bridgewater no one in the upcoming draft is an automatic upgrade. People have such unrealistic expectations for rookie quarterbacks it's crazy.

Btw do you realize how much Locker sucked in college and the first two years in the NFL? Lord and behold in year three he figured it out and looked very good. Expect the same from Manuel.

Locker was not very good. He was average. If you think he was very good then no wonder you're totally satisfied with manuel.

passing up on the next russell wilson because you're worried about reps is not a good idea.

I thought Locker was Top 5 in passer efficiency before he got hurt. I know he was at one point because I remember my jaw hitting the floor.

Not properly developing a young QB because of impatience and the delusion that the next guy just has to be better is also not a good idea.
