Syracuse has that effect on teams. Look how bad UCONN was. Then, towards the end of yesterday's game they got their mojo back (not quite soon enough to win regrettably) and are now favored to get into the second weekend and maybe even score a berth in the Final Four.

Someone should post a clip show on Youtube of every bad thing Gottlieb has had to say about Syracuse since joining ESPN. From "Syracuse making the NCAA Tourney is what is wrong with college basketball" in 2006 to "Syracuse has a vile, completely disgusting, very angry fanbase" in 2012 (granted, that quote was from twitter, but it can still be included).
