We're not dead in the water with Rickie, I'm confident in that. My main concern is that his throwing motion not being as efficient/compact as you'd like to see is probably part of the reason we've seen him get his arm hit or have his pass tipped several times. He needs to get the ball out quicker to account for that, but he's been a bit indecisive at times - not always. That should improve once he's got more experience.
