I’ve been saying this for years. If an O or D lineman does it, it’s illegal hands to the face. If a defender pushes a ball carrier to the ground or out of bounds by the facemask (even without grabbing it) it’s a likely penalty.

If you think it’s a double standard now, just wait until the officials use racial profiling to determine penalties.
