I just read that article that talked about his relationship to Hicks. I didn't realize they didn't count strip sacks back then. It's crazy to think he could've had 25.5 sacks instead of the 17.5 he was credited with.

A good start would be to honor Coach P and Deleone this year. Is there anyone who could start an online petition to John to get this to happen? There must be a large group of Orange fans who would like this to happen.

Dwight's speech was pretty close to perfect - exactly how it should be done.

The Syracuse Football mentions were great - especially the shout out to Will Hicks.

Once again we are reminded that the Syracuse Football Program is a truly historical one - one that has produced the greatest to ever play the game - from Jim Brown to Larry Csonka, to Jim Ringo to Marvin Harrison to Dwight Freeney.

What a privilege it has been to watch and root for so many great players and coaches.

Dwight Freeney the highlight of the Will HIcks experience. Jamal Dumas's gut and RB's that get slower each year were the lowlights.
