ESPN withheld evidence that could of escalated the investiagtion in early 2000. Why shouldn't ESPN be held accountable?

Jason Whitlock, Rush Limbaugh, and Dan Patrick all agree with that. ESPN even had a higher up (Mark Shapiro) come out today and said if he knew about that tape he absolutely would've run a story in 2003. But he didn't, which makes one wonder if heads will roll.
