Exhibition Close Calls the past 20 years

We played them in Manley during Danforth's final season as HC, the year after we went to the Final Four.

They were a lot bigger and stronger and won pretty easily. Pretty sure a number of players on that team played in the 1972 Russia team that 'won' a gold medal...

I remember being in Manley when Santifer and Bruin were freshmen. We beat the Russian national Team.

Good memory. Looks like we beat them 81-80 at the start of the 1979-80 season.
