Ya that moving Pick call was a Beaut, I also liked the one where the Nova player stepped out of Bounds on the Baseline Drive and the Bucket counted, and the Ref was looking at the Foul line. Time to go public with the poor treatment from the Refs Melo is getting, like Esherick did at G'Town when he felt his Center was not getting calls.

I don't think he's getting a fair shake, but he's brought a lot of it on himself. He complains incessantly and he flops. I think Fab's got a bad reputation with refs.

I enjoy seeing him try to take charges, but he's going to need to start picking his spots better. He can't become a flop artist or he won't be getting any of the charge calls.

The flopping is getting a little out of control. He's doing it 10 times a game. The staff has to talk to him or the refs are going to stop giving him any calls. Agree his constant whining to refs has to stop its self defeating. They'll purposely screw you with calls if you're always pissing them off.

when he just stands his ground with his arms up guys can't score, he needs to realize he doesn't need to always go for the block or the charge, but like others have said he needs to pick his spots for the charges and blocks but mostly just stand his ground in the lane, he would probably get a lot more rebounds this way too

Hey, that type of behavior never hurt Duke players. They are always working the refs. Kyle Singler loved to whine and take charges.

I hadn't noticed the officiating was any more awful this year than any other year until the last two games. These last two though - just ugly. That foul on Melo was priceless, but was probably about as bad as Scoop's head fake that was called as a travel early on.

Burr makes more anticipation calls than every other official in basketball combined - that whistle is blown way too early, way too often.

There was one play last night when Burr blew the whistle literally before a charge. At least that one was in our favor. SU does get away with alot of reachins based on their reputation so it is not all bad. I think the posts about tickytacs on fab Re correct though. Fab is also complaining about it on twitter.
