FBS Championship Games and FCS Playoff Games for Dec 5-6

That’s being generous, looks not even half full. Honestly, the atmosphere/setting there versus that of the SEC and B1G Championship games is night & day. And, IMO, speaks for itself relative to just how much ACC football (comprehensively) is a complete impersonator at the power conference level.
The traditional powers, or teams with big fanbases, just rarely deliver, outside of Clemson. Miami’s been in the conference for 22 years and made the champ game 1 time. FSU has made it once in the last 10 years. VaTech hasn’t been in it since 2011.

Football expansion has been an ongoing disaster of poor performance and missed opportunities since 2003.

And now hoops stinks too.

I’ve really grown to dislike being in this conference. And yet it’s somehow still the best home for us in this garbage era of college conferences.

I am predicting that Miami jumps BYU but ND jumps Bama so that Miami and ND are not next to each other.
Ha. That would be so fitting and it seems like that's what the "committee" wants to do anyway. Just ridiculous. I'm no miami fan, but man, I'd be livid the last two weeks. ND and Miami are almost identical in records and meaningful stats. To not let the head to head determine this even if they're two spots away is bs. One of the problems they face is that the "committee" sort of boxed themselves in with earlier rankings and comments. I see the only way Miami gets in is if ND doesnt' jump bama, so guess what will happen, ND will jump bama so they can pick nbc.

To be fair, I think bama deserves a spot. Yeah, bad loss against FSU, but they did take care of business rest of the way except for Oklahoma (and tonight's game) - wins against #5, #16, #14, #11. This evening's game shouldn't cost them in my opinion. Their resume looks much more impressive than miami or ND. They're in, even though I'd prefer them out.

I tend to agree with you. They have played poorly down the stretch (the last five games) though.

7-5 Duke Beating 10-2 Virginia would be SO SO SO ACC

That's it. That's all I got.
It's crazy that none of the ACC teams that recruit top 15 classes every single season could top these two scrub schools. Lol

Indiana takes a 3rd quarter lead on the Buckeyes. Nice
I have to admit I haven’t watched IU at all this year. I am very impressed. Stout D. Offense has done well until they hit the red zone until this TD. FGs don’t beat OSU. Glad they’re up and I hope they can keep it up.

I just worked out and took a shower. How did Ohio st not score? They were first and goal when I went in?

I'm excited about the last 24 hours as a Cuse fan but I still can't believe we are at the bottom of this garbage conference 😭
It’s a vast sea of mediocrity.

The ACC was so much better pre-2003. Expansion has somehow destroyed both its football and men’s basketball.
