I dont really understand the strength of schedule defense for Bama over SMU.
Maybe there SOS was tougher but they also lost more games.
Strength of record was very close.

If I have to hear about how tough bamas schedule is again im gonna break my tv.
Out of conference they played western KY, South Fla, Mercer and Wiscônsin.

SMU played TCU, BYU, Nevada and a cupcake.
pretty similar.
Alabama had 2 bad losses...youre out!
