Final Count on New Season Ticket Sales

How Many New Season Tickets Added by Clemson Kickoff?

How many seasons would that put us at total? Assuming we get close to 9500 new ones?

I think the trajectory of the team has people excited and obviously the Clemson game is the jewel of the schedule, but I hope people are buying seasons for the full-season experience. Winning and a great record feed hype and get and keep people in the seats, but I hope some new season ticket holders aren't one and done with the Clemson game. There's nothing worse than seeing a sea of silver in the lower bowl. If you can't sell them, give them away! To anyone! Just get bodies in the Dome.
Yep this is exactly my situation, I’m in college so can’t come home for every game but going to try to make 3 and am selling/giving away the rest to friends and family

That is a well kept SU secret but making some assumptions and doing some math

I'd say it is safe to say it would easily be approaching the mid thirties (this includes the students and plus add in any unknown corporate buys too). It would also be safe to say averaging 42K a game is a given and depending how the season plays out it could be 2-3K higher. Having WMU and Holy Cross on the schedule will hurt overall attendance. The Wake Forest game will also hurt (Thanksgiving weekend--few students). Unless we are undefeated, I figure walk up sales will be down a bit, many of those walk ups bought season's this year. Another thing that hurts is Clemson is the only school that travels. We have the holy trinity of travel support suckage (BC, WF and Pitt) on the schedule. I'm kinda serious, Holy Cross will probably travel more than these schlubs. I'm still thinking 42-44K range for season average is the range.

1998 was our high point and for years we have said it was 38,000 season tickets in threads on this board. (I believe Bee's mentioned 38K years ago from a source in the know.) I think it is safe to assume we should be able to hit 34-35,000 this year when students and corporate are added.

Edit, someone else thinks it was 1992 for the record season tickets at 38K

if the team is good and they have some hype the t-giving weekend can still be solid . tons of people home for the weekend who might not have gotten to a game all year. it might take a promotion pricing scheme though to sell it to people

I'm hoping you are right...but we will be down 3-4K students. I expect SU will do a fill the Dome promotion for that weekend. I expect any college student home will be able show a college ID and get in the student section for $10 or $15.

People are driving me nuts asking for tix to Clemson, Pitt , and road game vs Maryland
I said go to site I have no more ... speaking of Maryland I just got seats on cuse side mid field half way up for $43 bucks ! No way I’m sitting low in the end zone .

We met each other at the Clemson game last year. Looking forward to seeing you in Liberty & Maryland and coming back to Syracuse with a 2-0 record.

Best of luck to Tommy this season !!

Honestly I’ve come to love behind the goalpost seats as long as it’s the top of the section. I had some for the camping world bowl and it was awesome

I do have a single for Pitt if you need it. That would be a great week for you to visit the Fine Mess Tailgate as I will be serving as head chef!

Okay NOW I am done. Emailed Connor and he helped with the Ft Drum Special. I got two in section 329- pretty high up, right behind the goal posts. Screw it though, not overly concerned with the seating location!! Pretty stoked to get the deal ($223 total) and be a part of this.

We're 2 over from you, it's a pretty good place to be. You're right above a decent beer stand (Bell's Two Hearted) but kind of a haul from the nearest bathroom. 329 was pretty wild a few years ago (a friend with seats over there got barfed on and moved to the west end zone the next season) but it's kind of thinned out recently.

For comp, 1992's record attendance year had a base of 38k STHs.

I think that would have been eclipsed this year but with the number of three game packages that were sold there may not be inventory. They have actually cut back on marketing events (like 44 days until kickoff) to save money and to protect supply. Wonder what will happen to the "food stamp" tickets if demand continues to grow. First world problems at last!

With over 8,600 new season tickets sold, and a 94% renewal rate, the Dome will return to being "the LOUD HOUSE" on Saturday, September 14.

With fewer than 1,000 season tickets remaining, secure your seat in the Dome by visiting cuse.com/OURHOUSE or call 888-DOME-TIX to speak with a ticket specialist.

Reminder: single game tickets vs. Clemson are sold out! Once the remaining season tickets are sold, all seats will have been purchased for the event.

Welcome. There is not a bad seat in the dome. From there you can see all the plays unfold madden style

I have been watching the plays unfold Madden style in Section 210 / Row A for the past 29 years. You will love your new seats/season tickets.
