food at the game ideas

Miron court is supposed to become like a local food hall soon. I know Varsity is going in there. University approached Tullys but Tullys said no as the school presented them with a deal that made no sense. I was told they are basically trying to bring Marshall street and other local establishments into Miron Court in the future

Thats wonderful thats the plan. I am not sure it ever happens.

Food services is so tough/demanding.

I mean we once were having a tailgate for the Alumni Association at a Soccer game and food services got mad at us and wanted us to pack it all up because they thought we would interfere with the sales of their little tiny food truck that sells basically nothing besides candy and soda. Again, an approved tailgate that we had worked with the AD on.

Its rather insane how much fighting happens between departments at Syracuse University.

Yup. Until the folks at the top dictate that things need to change, I am not optimistic anything will be different.

They love to blame everyone and everything else but it’s all internal issues.

Did the Lally’s demand that Tullys meet them halfway and refer to themselves in the Dome as “Lullys?”

Not discounting bulldogs info (I am sure it's accurate) but Tullys was always gonna be stretch due to concerns on their end that go beyond the potential agreement. SU does realize food is an issue but as Richmond noted there has been significant pushback from that dept about going outside.

you see this like this and see how little effort we get on our concessions.

arena food options

Things the Sabres game offered were so much better and many of them did not require special grills.

Yes, I agree. No reason we can't do food somewhat better than it is, even with building space restrictions.

I'm spit wadding here, but is it possible that this is intentional? Food Services monopoly may generate profits to offset increasing costs in student cafeterias.

yeah Tullys both sides were VERY far off and away from each other
