SU is going with a new group called Legends to try to increase both attendance and revenue. They surely will have more employees. Like anything in life, the more you donate (spend) usually means the more personal attention you'll get.The prices will go up due to inflation alone I would imagine. People will probably complain about it but shouldn’t. Best bargain around.
Side note: as a first time STH do I need a sales rep? What is the seat selection process like?

My understanding is the tax rules are changing in '22 and more deductions are coming back. You might consider donating to the Cuse Athletic Fund in 2022. Personally, I'd wait until after the ticket pricing comes out. See if some donation is built back into the ticket prices. If parking close to the Dome is important to you, then you definitely want to hit a certain threshold to get better parking.
So to answer your question, you surely will have someone reaching out to you mid/late winter.
