So - Duke and UVA are still in the Top 25 because: reasons?

I get that Duke's 2 losses aren't "bad", since both were vs. Top 25 teams.

But they are 1 & 2 vs. P5 ytd (beat ND, yay), and their 2 other wins are softer than Trump's tushie.
What, exactly, about that record screams Top 25?

UVA lost to San Francisco. Bill Russell ain't walkin thru that door.
And just got boatraced by Zags. Which there's no shame in, since they are really good this year.
But still - that's 2 L's already. With no notable wins.
Total Top 25 material there.
