Selling it to Fox (err, make that Sinclair) greatly complicates the issue. I read one BC fan who was shocked that Texas St at BC was the night game on the RSNs while GT at Cuse was the noon game. Swap those time slots and the problem goes away, I think (unless the Red Sox...?)
