Interesting article, former CNS Coach Kline tried to talk SU into taking a chance on him but they didn't think he could get thick enough, though SU wasn't the only FBS program to pass on him. He ended up at Rhode Island and turned into a pretty good tackle. It is a long shot obviously to make a team as a UFA but just to get the opportunity is a testament to the work he put in at Rhode Island.
He was a lean 6'7" in High School but put on enough weight to end up at ~300 lbs.
