There is no I/“him” in Team and Fran is building a culture around Team. Fran was 100% right to say “go”.

Interesting tidbit that may get missed, Pena was allegedly concerned about repeating his #s from last year for the draft next year with out McCord. Confirms that QB play concerns while certainly not the reason he left, did play a small role along with NIL (clearly the majority)

I don’t buy it. I have seen too many of our “studs” leave only to sit the bench. Pena has been hurt for 3/4 of is time here. He was a product of an nfl qb and an offense that was built to break records. No other school is going to give him those touches.

Yup, I wonder if Fran took the opportunity to throw a few hundred K more at Wolly to stay.

If you asked me to choose between a veteran P4 starting quality OT/C or Pena, I wouldnt even have time to blink before David had the money venmo'd to his account.

Think the biggest thing is our SOS. He can potentially put up better numbers this season just by playing elsewhere
