Reminds me of the arc that Joe Morris had his freshman year. He was the best running back right from the start and became the starter about mid season. Ended up rushing for 1000 yards that year.

I remember reading an article in the offseason that quoted OCTL saying that when he was first at Elmhurst he spread the rock around to a few different backs but ended up riding the kid who ended up winning the D3 "heisman". I hope this is OCTL finding his "horse".

Finally. Every time he is on the field, Fredericks looks like the best RB on the roster and, to my eye, it's not even close.

Get the best playmakers on the field, don't rotate them out (unless they ask/need to come out), and get them the ball. And while I'm on a roll...move Dungey around in the pocket and turn him loose to make plays. We have to get to 6.

This was about as long as they could have waited to make the move and still let it have an impact on the season. This kid makes excitement and I can't wait to see him get reps early in the game, maybe it will wake up our offense in the first quarter.
