Class of 2026 G Jordan Smith Jr. (VA) Offered

Syracuse is very much in the mix for Jordan. Yes, Duke, Kentucky and other blue bloods are in pursuit. But Jordan is extremely close with Brenden Straughn and loves the TTO connections with Brenden, Autry, etc. Let's see if Syracuse can get him on the Hill for another visit.

I think I like Qayden Samuels better for us. Not as athletic, but a better shooter. Not sure we will get the full benefit of Smith in one year.

For context, post was made on February 26th. The team was in complete disarray and having one of the worst seasons in history. Coaching was beyond terrible, no system in place, a senior starting point guard who does not belong on a power conference team but was praised and supported by head coach. Myself and fanbase (perhaps even you) were down and frustrated and saw no signs of hope.

Thanks for checking in months later with your comment when calmer and cooler heads prevail.
For context, you should take your own advice. In my opinion, your opinion is beyond terrible with no insight. In my opinion, that might be clinical, but that’s just my opinion. Typically those who have flawed insight about others very often have extremely flawed insight about themselves. There is definitely help though I encourage you to seek it.

Can you help me? I’m lost and have no support system. Please put away your Psych 101 textbook or Psychology Today magazine - it’s not that serious.

Finished his first round at the U.S. Open at 2 over. Pretty solid outing.

“There is a new name coming in at No. 2: Jordan Smith. In a class that lacks overwhelming star power, Smith gets the nod because of his ability to impact winning, not just in high school or grassroots basketball, but projecting to college, as well. Smith is a truly elite competitor, loaded with length, power, and athleticism of his own. While he came up the ranks as more of an undersized wing, he's grown his guard skills, established himself as one of the best defenders in the class, and driven winning at an unmatched rate in multiple settings.”

He's a Paul Harris kind of player. A bit undersized, long wingspan, not an outstanding shooter, but a really tough competitor.
