Most likely, their agents.Serious question...how does someone get this information? I'm not aware of any player that publicizes their asking price.

Jilted programs who asked and knew “no way”. It also could be an agent who wants to keep the “riff raff“ out and only serious bidders in play.Serious question...how does someone get this information? I'm not aware of any player that publicizes their asking price.
So the agents leak that info to the insiders/media?Most likely, their agents.
We just got rid of all the guys that didn't buy in, I wouldn't want to bring him back, honestly.

He’s not worth that kind of money. He still takes a lot of possessions off. His motor is half speed. That’s why he won’t play in the NBA.
He’ll get drafted (mid to late 2nd round now) but to be a high pick, he has a ways to go. It’s really up to Richmond,Jim Boeheim says Seton Hall’s Kadary Richmond is an NBA player: ‘He sees the game really well’

JB disagrees with you. You think you know more than a Hall of Famer?
They link it to the media. It gets them good publicity. Not their client. Them, for when they can tell a kid, I got Richmond a million bucks. Here is what I can do for you.So the agents leak that info to the insiders/media?
A point guard with a truly high motor would have gotten 21 or 22 boards, rather than the paltry 13 Kadary collected, in the NIT final against Indiana St.
this would be quite the redemption arcIf that’s accurate, yeahhhhh, me thinks we have zero chance
You forgot to use the sarcasm font…At least I hope you did. He’s not worth that kind of money. He still takes a lot of possessions off. His motor is half speed. That’s why he won’t play in the NBA.

LOL - heck I’m not going to bother getting into any internet spat over Kadary and the NBA. Maybe you’re all correct and he is a fool to return to college for a 5th year when he’s a sure higher draft pick than projected in a supposed weak draft year. No one that I know of said he wasn’t an NBA player - it’s what stage he’d be drafted is the issue and probably why he’s entering the portal after getting NBA feedback. Good luck to him in the portal wherever he lands and enjoy the drama

He carried Seton Hall on his back with some insane stat lines, he goes on a decent team and they're title contenders. Easily worth the investment.I would love Kooks to return but we def can’t afford it. Guess he was asking SH for $700-$800k (which was like most of their budget LY)

Imagine what they would've won by if he had a better motor and wasn't a lazy forward/guard.Or the 23-6-5 in a 15 pt win over UConn
