Yep and people need to possibly prep for some tradeoffs. Nick and ERob were alpha recruiters. They have been replaced with x/o guys. Sky isn't falling but it is likely we will see a change in talent. Hopefully conversely new staff can train up what we do have/get. Portal is going to be huge. Fran needs to deliver enough to rebound from the dismal season because he can't suck back to back even with his McCord 10 win season. Sky isn't falling but Fran and staff have a ton of work ahead of them.

They all have agents saying they will get a nice check, fact is a not insignificant amount of them will either have to drop down a level or never get a spot.
