most of the sites you can really spoof that easily.. they dont allow you to have RDP software on the computer or vpn software running on a phone.

not sure though limiting betting on colleges is really doing all the much to solve a problem that really doesnt exist.

get a friend in another state is the solution.

I live in CT. I’ll log in on the train ride home from NYC and can’t bet Syracuse if still in the state. Wait a few minutes …and boom.

So DM your log in info, tell me how much to bet, I’ll bet, log out and then change the password.
