It’s strange he hasn’t developed to the point of functional. Wasn’t he the backup throughout the Spring?

The next two games I think Carney either needs to start or not play at all. He should be either first or last.

Filardi can either start or get garbage time the next two games. Him not getting any PT would make last week even more puzzling/annoying.

Maybe given our opponent you let Collins get beat up in the first half and allow Filardi the more comfortable situation in the 2nd half. If he looks decent, then you have two weeks to pump him up for Notre Dame. If he looks bad then you do the same as with Miami.

Really we have 2 "practice" games and 3 weeks to figure this all out so we can beat BC.

Still would be interested to know what the deal is with Jakari and even Belin. The situation is so bad that none of these 5 kids can play ball?

yeah im pretty sure hes just not good, ive seen him on the sidelines and warming up. would assume hes gonna transfer after this season or just here for the ride.

Love it. I think as I have said before Willis is fast but takes a bit to get cruising and when u watch James he is fast out of the box. Quickest way to improve speed is first 3-5 steps. Willis also needs to not dance in hole as he has a tendency to do. He is north south so get down hill make a small cut and truck some . I do see his tendency also to hit a guy full head on and not pick half a shoulder To go thru as it’s easier to break half a man than the whole man.

I ask every week in here but no one seems to have firm answers. He was hurt during preseason, no idea if he still is. If he's healthy and not getting looks with the current qb situation he's either not good or he royally pizzed off someone to get buried. Might be as simple as. the former as we had him already and still went and got Rickie...

I’ve been thinking which past, under preforming QB, in Syracuse history, that if inserted into this offense, would be an upgrade over what we currently have…

I’d take Aj Long… He’d had a very hard time seeing over Byron Washington but I think he’d be a lot better than what we have now.

Just a fun thought exercise to put in perspective how wildly bad that room is.
