I received the following e-mail because I had ordered tickets to the Wake-Cuse game.

When is the last time Syracuse ticket holders were asked these questions? Wake Forest already has one of the better game day experiences.

Dear Wake Forest Basketball Fans,

Wake Forest Athletics strives to provide the ultimate fan experience on and off the court. As we approach the end of the 2015-16 season, we have already started thinking about the future, and in an effort to provide you with the best experience possible, we are asking for your help.

We have partnered with Turnkey Intelligence to gather feedback on topics related to being a Wake Forest basketball ticket holder and/or game attendee, and we would greatly appreciate you taking approximately ten minutes to complete the survey. The insights and ideas gained from the results of this survey will directly impact the game day and ticket holder experiences in the future.

Funny because the Wake board was in full meltdown about the pitiful atmosphere at the game after we played them.

Judging by comments on this board, either the wrong suggestions are being made or nobody on the other end is listening.

I think they were mainly talking about their fans walking out of the game early.

Wake does a lot of things before and during the game to try and keep the fans interest.
