You know, for Louisville.

Don't think I need to expound on that do I?

I like the kid, he plays good defense, and is progressing on offense. He has potential. I think next year he will be a focus of their offense, along with Russ Smith. He still needs to patent that short jumper.

huh? I see very little similarities in their style of play, other than they're both long and can jump. They don't even really play the same positions, as Dieng is more of a center. Hak at the same stage had a more diverse offensive game (already averaging 15 ppg as a SO) and, the block against Kansas notwithstanding, was no where near the defender that Dieng is.

I think we should chip in and get the kid an agent. He will be a monster next year

Recently Dieng has been playing like "Brow" Davis sans the offense. If he progresses on the offense ,he will be a stud.

Ok I guess I do need to expound.

Syracuse would have gotten Julius Hodge. They didn't and went to a backup plan recruit that was not highly touted at all but way a key piece in leading his team to a Final Four as a sophomore.

Louisville would have gotten Fab Melo. They didn't and went to a backup plan recruit that was not highly touted at all and was a key piece in leading his team to a Final Four as a sophomore.

I guess it would be more apt if Julius Hodge was suspended on the eve of the tournament.

Give this kid til next year and I think he will be an all big east performer, not sure what team but he has the "IT" factor that I like.

I understood your first post. Great analogy. Fab really screwed his teammates. I hope he understands that and gets his act together. He better send Scoop and Kris "I'm Sorry" cards for the next 20 years.

Good analogy after the explanation.

If he has a good showing against AD on Saturday (in defeat), I can see him thinking hard of entering the NBA draft.

Ohh, you are referring to the Fab/Dieng Hodge/Warrick comparison.

Good analogy. Lots of similarities. Funny how thing work out.
