I said in the other thread that is GMac wants to be a big time coach he needs to find a young offensive coordinator type and hand him over the keys.

GMac looks like he can motivate and has good defensive game plans and looks like he makes some nice in game decisions. Offense will hold him back he needs to find his Murray and give him control.
