I learned this season when they tried to game the NET and it didn't really matter because we weren't a good team overall and winning double digit points below expectations in pretty much every Q4 game in December.

And if we lose, we lose. It's sports. You think GMAC gives two craps about the optics. NO way, it's on to the next one. It's freeing to spend less time worrying about what others think of your program and focus on getting better by challenging yourself. That's how championships are won.
