The goal should be that we are good enough that we a tourney team regardless of how we schedule. Which is where Syracuse was from about 1980-2015 -- no matter how we scheduled it wasn't impacting our getting in or not (for the most part)

So we schedule what is best for players / fans / money, and not what is best in case we are a bubble team (Of course the ACC will want you to do a share of Q4, and no Q3).
