A lot of you are too hard on players, only focusing on their bad games. Cooney had some good ones too. He was a big reason we beat Gtown in the BET.

Yes, many are too hard on these guys, whether a true frosh, or a senior guy that started an entire career. People forget context.

However, in TC's case, people heard GMAC say the best shooter he's seen at Syr. That set the bar so high that it would've been near impossible to meet expectation. So, I see why though don't agree with it.

Nobody remembers what Andy or Dnich looked like as frosh because just about everyone, everywhere, has short attention spans.

Here's the real question. Although we have seen guys like Rak, AO, Rick Jackson move between 4 and 5, does anyone seeing us having a guy that moves from playing defense at 3 to SG at the top of the zone?
I believe this will be a hard change during the season which makes me think once BJ and MikeG are figured out, they stay in that position defensively for the season.
Thoughts?
I could be way off on this one.
It happened a lot in the mid '90's when we were annually undersized. Marius Janulus (spelling?) split time between both positions. Someone already mentioned Moten. I can't remember if Jason Cipolla ever did it.

Still wish he transferred to a D111 school.
