I believe the trigger was when ESPN first put up the promo for Wednesday night's games; Duke/SU at 7 followed by UL/UNC. Funny thing afterwards though was that the remainder of the UVA/UNC broadcast, ESPN mostly kept showing a promo for the 9 pm UL/UNC match-up.
