Naturally, I'm pulling for and expect my Tigers to win this weekend but more than that, I look forward to a good, injury free game for both teams. Here's hoping we can enjoy a little fun back and forth between our fan bases in the days leading up to our game!

I'm not going to make it this time. We thoroughly enjoyed our last trip to your place but the timing just didn't work for us this year. Maybe next time, eh? And yes, we're enjoying the run. I was around for the 70's (Dismal!), the great 80's and the decline in the 90's so I'm well aware that these things go in cycles.

Ha ha! Yep, I remember that one too. That was still the very early days of the public internet. We watched the game at a friend's house then headed home as soon as it was over. The Columbia, SC (home of the gamecocks) newspaper already had the complete story displayed on their site with the score in World War III sized letters for the headline. That was not a good day for us!
