I will reserve judgement until I see the jerseys... I like what Nike does with Oregon, and so do recruits. Let's see the actual jerseys before we decide to hate them... Also it isn't Nike's idea to remove blue from the court/our jerseys, it is the University's.

OKthats an opinion. Not one I can support but its an opinion. If we are the freaking Orangemen or Orange there shouldn't be a debate on this. Its called an "Orange out" not a typical day color in Syracuse NY. What do we do? Make Otto look like a dust ball?:crazy:

I don't see any non-Michigan colors on it, so it's not even close to as bad as a gray SU jersey would be.

Wisconsin has 12 guys with names like Bruiseberger, Kansas is Kansas, and UL is struggling mightily right now. This stuff is important to modern players. The best NBA players with the best branded gear are all Nike guys. Wake up. White is not a school color, but we have worn white uniforms for 80% of our games so far. The only reason I would be upset with gray, is it really won't be any difference from the white. UConn routinely wears gray but you probably don't even notice because it's no big deal. I'd much prefer a blue or black combo that is a striking difference. This is a one-off, one-game uniform. The players will love it.

They won't lose any revenue, adding something different will likely increase revenue. While all may not agree, Phil knight and co know what they are doing.

Did you stop buying clothes after they dropped "men"? That is a bigger deal than one game.

As I said before, I don't care for this really - but its not about us, its about the players and potential recruits.

Yes, clearly it's adidas' fault UL has had a ridiculous number of injuries this year. Your point that a non-Nike school can't recruit anyone stands. Oh wait, no it doesn't. An adidas school won the 2012 Sugar Bowl and an Under Armour school won the 2011 BCS National Championship. And somehow wearing adidas and UA hasn't prevented Boston College's, Cincinnati's and USF's football teams from beating the Hell out of SU.
