It was ten times worse than Lattimores injury. I could atleast watch the replay of his. Ware's made me physically ill.

First thought it was the knee dislocating but looking at it again (which I'm not going to do anymore - too gruesome), looks like his shin snapped.
You're probably right - a break will probably be an easier recovery than a blown out knee.
