Hamel is a good pitcher BUT

I would not give up a top minor leaguer for hime.g.Severino Judge,Bird.Throw in Mateo as well. as untouchables.Hames 31 and has a few years left but by the time he starts showing his age Severino will be in his prime as well as a few other kids impressing the scouts The Yankee farm system maligned as it has been is producing player with high ceiling. Giving them away is a huge mistake.

I don't know how good any of those prospects are, but Hamels is a legit top of the rotation guy, the yankees could use him.
