This hasn't happened before under HCDM, we are understaffed now and others are moving in as their A list gets sorted out. It's about communications and connectivity.

I'd comprise top notch recruiter over quality of coach. at the end of the day they all teach the same thing anyways. imho being able to recruit is the difference maker for deciding on a low level assistant position.
