I don’t think you can call them greedy players the way they share the ball and if I have any problems with shot selection it’s the repetitive low to low the rest of their shots seem to go and are used in a timely fashion

It’s amazing; everyone in the past couple of weeks and back to last year was clamoring for Hottle to get his chance and now that he’s had an opportunity everyone that wanted him has quickly jumped off that bus.

If Rhoa misses extended time, the Hottle bus will be running every game.
Hottle - Cordes - Anderson were the 3rd mid line.
With 2 middies down, Hottle is on Mid 1 and Cordes ran briefly with Mid 2. The true frosh Anderson was the odd man out yesterday.
Maybe we scrap the 3rd line entirely and use a 4-man rotation for the 1st and 2nd lines moving forward?

Watch the highlights n what really stands out is our shooting is terrible. First 5goals getting to middle or moving goalie pipe to pipe. There were high to lows or bouncers. Then seem just went high to high or low to low no fakes no hitches nothing.
Defense as game got closer they seem to worry more bout guys getting beat (even tho weren’t or player had no angle) n would slide or half slide which then everyone got confused or where there man was.
last goalies let in some weak goals. Someone said team def not discipline specially when things arnt going their way. Also try to slow it down to much when had 5-0 lead in first qtr. Why! pedal to medal always unless it’s under 2mins n u have a 4goal lead or more should be going non stop.
Guys gotta work better getting to middle of field so bigger net to shoot at also have to take least 1-2 more steps when coming from behind cage n throw something to get goalie to move. Leo to many times had looks but hesitated n by time went to shoot goalie was on it or traffic in front to block.

Also what notice bout leo even on his goal can see him like finally. So clearly he knows he’s playing bad n he is inside his own head. His whole body language last few games screams he’s in his own head. He’s older now been starter for while time to let it go n just make next play. Stop pouting n play better.

mid 1- rhoa , leo, deere/mcCarthy
mid 2- english, anderson, hottle/mcCarthy
think need to bounce mid lines have some speed in both. For first line leo n rhoa can dodge n shoot then ya have deere as finisher.
second mid without birt needs someone with experience on it. why say english. Or you drop anderson or deere down to attack n have thompson go up to first mid line again.
I wanna see anderson and kellogge get time anderson more then just time tho.
Also wanna see donny scott or or vince bologino get some runs at lsm or even D. Stop with caden kol also please. Junkyard dogs need to be worked on also scrap it put starters or need to add faster poles since it’s a lot of moving when man down. Kol is slow n horrible off ball. Like beck like grace n english. sageder is ok but try scott on there. Man down has gotten burned almost everytime last two games. Time for change

Problem is they’re all in close finishers. Can’t hit mid range or time and room shots. Without being able to hit any of them you don’t force the d to have to press out which then would open the middle. Teams just pack it in making the middle a no go or very risky and we just keep trying it. We don’t take any mid range shots (good angle mid range shots) if at all their low angle easy saves for goalie as long as hugs post. Time n room , on run , alley dodges on run anything.
Defense has to stop sliding so much. Honestly rather them not slide at all n see what happens. We are sliding to much when guys arnt cooked n their moving the ball before we can get back or recover. Also the zone got eaten alive. Man on man was good then down in seconds of shot went to zone n they still got inside shots off n scores. Coaches need to start coaching like yesterday. Maby even call timeout when up 5-0 to remind ur guys hey game just started can’t let up or get to comfy. Let’s keep pedal down.

Not sure how can say anderson is a bust when he hasn’t gotten a fair shot. The short time he did play he’s scored. He’s freshmen who hasn’t played in two games. Don’t mean cause he isn’t good could be cause coaches don’t see talent or to dumb to try him.
