Believe so, though I think Wichita and SFA are both better than Dayton.

Wichita State and SFA were favored in Vegas against Miami and Notre Dame.

I think Wichita State was a preseason top 10 team and just had injuries to Van Vleet.

Dayton the 7 seed was the highest seeded team an ACC team beat.

I didn't make any conclusion. Just thought It was interesting that a 7 seed was the highest rated team a ACC team beat. Sorry if that disturbs you.
