The offense was in cruise control and really didn't do much either.

We ran the same 5-9 plays and they worked pretty well. We won't see verticals work as easily as they did against Colgate. However, I noticed that Colgate couldn't keep a safety deep in the middle with this spread offense. Erv Philips was great in the slot.

If the run blocking gets better look out.
 
The verticals will work if we get single coverage. Agreed that the Colgate secondary if probably the worst we'll play all year. If it's not stacked, our RB will be eating. That's this offense.
