Seems to be a theme in these lower/mid major tournaments that the refs are letting them play. From what I’ve watched anyway.

Is there a history of coaches leaving early if they make the NIT and not the NCAA.

Its very likely that USF would be done by end of next week if in the NCAA.
In the NIT there are better chances they get to week two.
